Powerlifting Club
The ACIT Powerlifting Club is geared to help students in competing in a Powerlifting Meet. Powerlifting Meets are compromised of a Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Students will train to become proficient in each of the 3 lifts and properly train to improve their technique and 1 rep max. They will also learn other exercises to help improve those lifts while training. The Powerlifting Club is a great club for building confidence and new friendships. We have had an amazing group of students that lead our Powerlifting Club, and now that they have graduated we are looking for a new core of students to lead our Powerlifting Club.
