Alumni requesting educational records please submit requests by filling out this form:

In your email, please include:

  • What documents are you requesting? (examples include Transcript, Diploma)
  • Your name exactly as it appeared when you were enrolled at ACIT
  • Your academy/program
  • Your graduation year
  • If available, please include the email address or mailing address of the school or organization that your documents need to be sent to
 
We cannot email transcripts directly to you but we can mail it.
  • If you need a copy mailed to you, please include a photo of your valid ID and a mailing address
 

We will reply to you when it is ready/sent or if we need more information..
