Where do I go if I am having technical issues with my chromebook?

Email the IT department at [email protected] or call 609-625-2249 x4100. The IT Office is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm.

 

I need a new charger for my chromebook. What do I do?

Email the IT department at [email protected] or call extension 609-625-2249 x4100.

 

What if I don’t have the money to purchase one right now?

A charger will be provided to you and arrangements can be made to pay at a later date. 


I forget my student portal password. What do I do?

Email the IT department at [email protected] and they can reset it.

 
I forget my Naviance password. What do I do?

ACIT uses single sign-on naviance. You simply need to use your school email address from a device that is logged into your school email. If you still need assistance email your guidance counselor and they will provide it to you.


I would like to get a job. Where can I find working papers?

A link to working papers is in the School Counselor picture on this site. The link is also available on the website, acitech.org. 


If I have a CST case manager, do I still have a guidance counselor?

Yes. All students have an assigned counselor.

 

If I have classes in both the Main Campus and South Wing and my assigned counselor is in another building when I need to see them, what do I do?

Let your teacher know and they will contact the Guidance Office. Security will assist in getting you to your counselor in the other building.


If I have classes in both the Main Campus and South Wing and my assigned case manager is in another building when I need to see them, what do I do?

Let your teacher know and they will contact the Child Study Team office. Security will assist in getting you to your case manager in the other building.


Who do I talk to about a schedule change?

Schedule changes are not permitted after the first day of school. If you have any concerns, please discuss this with your assigned guidance counselor. 


How do I get a parking pass?

See the secretary in the Assistant Principal’s office in the Main Building for the appropriate paperwork.


Where do I find scholarships?

All scholarship information is located in Naviance. Log into your Naviance account to view this information.


Where do I go if I am assigned after-school detention?

Detention is in the Main Building. Report to the Assistant Principal’s office at the end of the day and sign in with the secretary.
