National Technical Honor Society

This program is for rising juniors and seniors who have demonstrated significant academic achievement.

Eligibility: Students who have achieved a high level of success in their academic courses will be invited to apply. Eligibility letters will be mailed to your home over the summer, following your sophomore or junior year.

Application Process: Eligible students must attend a mandatory meeting in September, where the application process will be thoroughly reviewed.

Acceptance and Benefits: Once accepted, students are inducted into this prestigious, nationally recognized group. Membership also makes you eligible for numerous scholarships. This is a significant honor to be recognized and celebrated!

Community Service: 

  • Due Dates: Community service hours are due twice a year. For those applying, 15 hours will be due when you submit your application. If accepted, 15 more hours will be due during the first week of June. 
  • Ongoing Requirement: After students are accepted, students will have to complete 15 hours by the beginning of June. Meeting these requirements is essential to maintain an active membership. Students who do not will be placed on probation.

Specific Requirements:

    • GPA must be 3.75 or higher in their academy classes.

    • GPA must be 3.25 or higher in their academic classes.
