How To Enroll/Applications

Applications can be obtained through your child’s guidance counselor or by calling the ACIT Recruiter Charles Pritchard at 609-625-2249, extension 1206. Upon receiving an application, it must be filled out, including a parental signature. Then, the form must be returned to your child’s guidance counselor so that they may attach your records to forward to ACIT.

PLEASE NOTE: Each Fall (September or October) ACIT holds an Academy Information Session, and on a different night, we hold a Shared-time Program Information Session. We give an overview of the programs, provide time for questions and distribute information (folders) with an application. Enrollment commences at this point; however students are accepted from October through August. For more information, please call the school.

Admission to the Atlantic County Institute of Technology is determined by an independent review and consensus verifying system. The admissions committee is made up of the vice-principal, guidance counselors and instructors. Prospective students are evaluated in terms of their ability to benefit from training, academic levels, aptitude, interest and work habits.
