The Red Hawk Fitness Club is an afterschool activity whose mission is to improve the fitness level of all ACIT students. This club will meet in the Fitness Room from 3 – 4 pm; dates to be announced by the end of September. Students have the opportunity to learn and participate in resistance and cardiovascular training utilizing indoor equipment as well as outdoor field space. Students will also discuss and learn proper nutrition and healthy weight management methods. Fitness Club members will also have the opportunity to serve on the School Health Committee’s student advisory board. No prior experience is necessary.
